When a lawyer denies a man's love for his daughter

A MAN charged with shooting dead a Melbourne lawyer professed his love for his daughters before being ordered into custody today.
John Thomas Glascott, 42, of Kealba, also gave a wave as he was led from the dock after his appearance in Melbourne Magistrates' Court this morning.
He appeared charged with murdering Fairfield lawyer David Robinson, who was shot dead outside his office on Monday night.
During his brief appearance Mr Glascott asked magistrate Donna Bakos if he could address the court.
His lawyer Michael De Young approached his client immediately and Mr Glascott declared: "I love my daughters very much."
Mr De Young said Mr Glascott was on medication and suffered from physical and psychological conditions.
Mr Glascott was remanded in custody to reappear in court on November 9 for a committal mention.
As Mr Glascott was taken out of the courtroom by guards, he turned to the room and waved. – AAP

I cannot believe that despite that the police know that John Glascott has severe mental / psychological problems, the silly prosecution are fully aware of this mans history and God the Courts know that this man that stands in the docks would not have a clue what he had for breakfast that morning still allow this man to continue to defend himself in Court should be really ashamed of themselves. I am aware that during one of his custody battles e arrived at court in his pjs and when questioned by the idiot judge why he came to court in his pjs " John " is alleged to reply he was sick ! yes you idiot judge end the proceedings stop this and get someone to look at this man to see if he is well enough to defend himself in these matters !!!!! I do not believe that John Glascott is was or would ever be capable of killing his lawyer who quite frankly I would of given the ass years ago because Robertson was the reason and cause why John Glascott parked his car in a remote area, drank some booze, popped a load of pills and sucked in car fumes for ages because Robertson said to John after he was arrested over some theft issues years ago that he was going to do serious time in prison and scared the shit out of him so much he attempted suicide. that my friend is fact and not fiction but I guess after doing this shit to yourself I guess you would find it hard to tell who was friend and who was a total asshole. John Glascott is not operating on a full deck but I tell you this he is no killer ! how do I know this is because I am his brother thats why !
