Court's denial of shared parenting causes sparks

The guy's fighting for equaly parenting.
Would he be in the court if it hadn't been denied?
The solution. Remove the problem.
Protect children from having one parent excluded by the other.
Q.E.D.
(and imagine if he'd kicked in the panels of his wife's car!!!)
